Q: Why are your prices higher than 'a or
b' company?
A: Each item that is created by this company is custom made and not
farmed out to a facility for cheaper labor. All patterns are custom
drafted in house, and often a custom dye job is necessary to make
the material the right color and the best quality materials are used
for each item. Many factors are taken into account when
pricing items, quality, time invested, fabrics and that includes all
notions needed such as thread, grommets, zippers, and more not to
mention factoring in electricity and other basic costs that many
don't consider when requesting custom clothing.
Q: Why does it take so long to create my
item?
A: As noted above, every item is custom created and drafted and
there are usually orders ahead of your own. If you have a time frame
you need your item in please, ask if it can be available to you by
the requested date.
Q: Can I call you personally or have you
call me?
A: To be fair to you and the other customers I do not use the phone
to communicate or I'd never get any work done. I check email
frequently and find it the best method to answer your questions.
Q: What payment methods do you use?
A: Presently PayPal is the method of payment preferred, no checks.
